Q. Tell us about the founding story of TuzMotors – how did it all begin and what was the driving force behind the company’s entry into the market?

A. TuzMotors began with a small space and a big vision. What started as a deep passion for cars has now grown into a fully-fledged business with a loyal and growing customer base. From the very beginning, we believed that the Georgian market needed more than just access to quality auto parts – it needed a place where car owners could find trust, professionalism, and accountability all in one.

Our vision was never to be just another auto parts store. We wanted to create a multifaceted service center where customers know their vehicles are in safe hands. To us, auto parts are not just metal components – they’re essential elements of road safety and daily mobility. That understanding continues to drive everything we do.

Q. What products and services does TuzMotors offer, and what sets it apart from the competition?

A. TuzMotors specializes in supplying original and premium-quality auto parts for a wide range of vehicles – servicing both individual customers and corporate fleets. Our product range includes spare parts, premium oils, filters, batteries, and various other components.

We collaborate with over 100 Japanese and European brands, and we are proud to be the exclusive representative in Georgia for premium brands like Pakelo, Jikiu, and Sato. Every product we offer undergoes strict quality control and is supported by transparent and customer-friendly warranty terms.

In addition to our wide selection, we offer personalized technical consultations, which is one of the most valued aspects of our service. This allows us to provide each customer with tailored, precise solutions for their specific needs.

Another major advantage is our integrated space – both the shop and service center operate under one roof, which simplifies communication, saves time, and ensures a seamless customer experience from purchase to installation.

Q. Do you have regional branches or online sales channels?

A. Currently, our products are available at our physical branches as well as through on-site delivery across the capital city of Tbilisi and other regions of the country. Our goal is to provide fast and convenient service, which is why we are constantly optimizing our logistics and service processes.

We are actively working on expanding our online sales platform, including the introduction of digital catalogs and a dedicated team to efficiently manage online orders.

Regionally, we already operate a branch in Kutaisi, allowing us to serve western Georgia more effectively. We also plan to expand into additional cities where customer demand is growing.

Q. How do you ensure the quality of spare parts, and what criteria do you use to select suppliers?

A. At TuzMotors, quality is more than just a standard — it’s a responsibility we uphold every day. We select our suppliers based on rigorous criteria. First and foremost, their products must meet OEM standards, ensuring the same quality and specifications as original parts.

Each new component is thoroughly tested in both technical and real-world conditions by our team of professional mechanics at our multifunctional service center. This comprehensive approach gives us a full understanding of each part’s reliability and durability.

Equally important is the level of communication with our partners. We work only with brands that provide full certification, listen to customer feedback, and share our commitment to quality.

Q. Who are your typical customers – primarily individual clients or corporate ones?

A. Our customer base includes both individual vehicle owners and corporate clients from various sectors. We serve people who take personal responsibility for the condition of their cars and value high-quality parts and technical support, as well as companies that require fast, reliable service and well-maintained fleets.

We understand the specific needs of both segments and provide optimal, customized solutions — whether for one-time services or long-term partnerships.

Q. What role does your team play in the success of TuzMotors, and how important is staff development to you?

A. Our team is our greatest strength. At TuzMotors, we believe outstanding performance begins with engaged and empowered employees. From day-to-day operations to strategic planning, our success is built on the commitment of our people.
